UTEBAGUA ductile iron tube intake saddles allow a main water supply network to be carried out in a simple and safe manner. Due to their design and features, they have a remarkable installation facility, not requiring elevated efforts for assembling or making a distribution of the line from the beginning of the project with the forecast of the derivation to be performed. A pipeline installation can be made without tees or derivations initially required, and the saddle can be incorporated in the appropriate place before drilling the pipe.
The materials of the saddle components provide high mechanical resistance to efforts and corrosion, which directly affect the durability of the joint. The combination of ductile iron saddle bodies and stainless steel clamp ensure fully satisfactory performance throughout the life of the saddle. They are designed for assembly on ductile iron pipe manufactured according to EN 545.
