UTEBAGUA’s Automatic Joint or Push-On fittings are designed for being mounted on ductile iron pipes according to standards EN 545 and ISO 2531. They are manufactured in ductile iron according to the referred standards having characteristics of joining and positioning on site that make them fit for fast joining assemblies.

By the lubrication of the joint and pipe assembling surface and the correct centering of the pipe during the assembly is got a watertight union by the internal pressure on the rubber, because the elastic element compresses itself and adapts to its house.

Advantages respect to Mechanical Joint fittings are less weight, because they don’t need neither glands or bolts, having a faster set-up, decreasing assembly cost.
